2. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services—which often involve time, labor, and third-party coordination—refunds are generally not provided once a service has commenced or been delivered.

However, partial or full refunds may be considered in specific cases, as outlined below.

3. Refund Eligibility

A client may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was paid for but not initiated or scheduled within 15 business days.

  • There was a duplicate payment due to a technical error.

  • GT STRUCTURES is unable to fulfill the agreed service due to internal constraints or unforeseen circumstances.

  • A cancellation is made before project commencement (subject to deductions for administrative or processing costs).

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The client cancels the service after work has started or resources have been allocated.

  • Delays or dissatisfaction arise due to factors outside our control, including changes in client preferences, scope modifications, or third-party approvals.

  • Refund requests are made after 30 days from the payment date.

  • Any custom or personalized service that has been fully or partially completed.

If a client is dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, we encourage open communication. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes amicably. If necessary, disputes may be escalated in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.
