The Project is set up in Hong Kong, at the intersection of Wellington St. and Queen's Road Central in the Central district. The existing building was built in the 1970s. This project aims to maximise the Gross Floor Area (GFA) for the prime location and to explore the possibility of adding another volume to the existing structure above. The project type is a mixed-use high-rise building with office and residential spaces.
